This was one of the most exciting weeks I've had in months and months and months. First of all, my trip to Charleston was so much fun and I felt creative and happy and excited for my line to drop with Ophelia & Indigo next month. It's been such a great passion project for the last year and it feels surreal to see it finally coming to life now.
It's no secret that I love my blockprint dresses, and being in Charleston this week, I was surrounded by them in every shop we walked into. A friend of mine calls King Street, Blockprint Row for good reason! If I wasn't trying to keep my closet clutter-free, I think I would have bought a dozen of them.
Last week we did a big recipe photo shoot (lots of good dishes coming your way!) and my amazing assistant who also helps with food styling for recipe posts brought these cookies for the kids as a little gift. It was so sweet and the kids loved them.
I asked for her recipe so we could recreate them together and was surprised that it was actually the greatest mom hack ever.
