Skincare for Millennials

I'm back from my trip, and so happy to be home. Last night my flight was delayed for three hours, and for the second week in a row, I didn't get home until after 2am. I think that was my sign to slow down on air travel for a while! Today I feel exhausted but ready for a productive second half of the week.

24 Weeks

It's been a month since my last big pregnancy update at 20 weeks, so I thought I'd fill you in on what has changed since then. The overall takeaway? I'm feeling much better, and more like myself, but my body is changing at a rapid pace. We have a pediatrician, I met with my doula to start talking about our birth plan, and the nursery design is officially underway.

Striped Dresses for Spring

And I'm off again! Today, it's for an exciting press trip to visit orange groves in Sarasota and learn more about how orange juice is made. Randomly, I'll be staying at the exact same hotel that we stayed at last month. Travel has definitely become more difficult for me lately, so this is one of my last few trips before the baby comes.

Life Lately: Volume 15

It was kind of mayhem around here this week. I came home from Charleston with an awful stomach bug. I thought it was from eating fried food, extra gluten, and lack of sleep, but after a few days of vomiting, I realized it was more than that. Yesterday, I finally felt better but it finally hit Anel even harder than it hit me.

I’ve suffered from insomnia for as long as I can remember. By working hard on my nighttime routine and cutting down on stress in my life, I was finally sleeping through the night 80% of the time… and then I got pregnant.
