Valentine’s Day. Ugh. Everyone loves to hate this holiday. But it is a celebration of love so if you’re in love, why not show it in a big way? It’s so easy to get caught up in day to day life (especially if you’re cohabitating with your mate), but take the time this year to really appreciate that special someone whether it’s your husband, boyfriend, girl friend, sister, or best friend.
My husband and I have plans to go to our absolute favorite restaurant in the city and exchange a small gift ($100 limit!). But as much as this holiday is about loving others in your life, it’s also about loving yourself. And you know what? You deserve a gift too. That’s why I included gift guides for you AND for him this year.
What will you be treating yourself to? A perfectly girly candle? Some sparkling bling? A journal for self reflection? You can’t go wrong with anything on this list!
Now that the important stuff is out of the way, let’s move on to him. I already bought Anel the perfect gift (something that he wants even though he doesn’t know it yet, obvi) but below here are some other great options for the man in your life. I think any guy appreciates a fancy pair of new socks and how funny is this man things pouch?
In other news, a lot of these products can be found at The Lemon Stripes Store. I’m currently running a self love promo where you can get 15% off of all orders through Valentine’s Day! Use the code SELFLOVE15 here.
