Floral Maxi in Charleston

Happy first day of spring! I'm back from Charleston and feeling so inspired by my visit. The highlights of the trip were wondering the gorgeous streets aimlessly, taking in the picturesque homes, spending quality time with girlfriends, and all of the food we ate. I had no idea how great the restaurants would be!

Tomorrow I'll be posting a food recap/restaurant guide, but I decided against a full on city guide because we were only there for a few days and I felt like I had so much more to see.

Life Lately: Volume 14

Greetings from Charleston, friends! This might be my new favorite city, and I've only been here for a day. Everything is so picturesque, the people are so nice, and the food is insane.

Despite the intense blizzard we had on Tuesday, I had an insanely productive week before traveling. Now that I'm feeling more like myself, I'm able to accomplish more in each day which feels so great.

Charleston Packing List

So how about this snow, eh? In case you live somewhere warm or under a rock, let me update you. It's been dumping snow since 3am this morning and there are no signs of it slowing down through tonight. We're supposed to get 18+ inches in Connecticut! Today my husband took off of work and we're planning to have a very productive snow day.

Bow Top

Maternity shirts can be weird... really weird. So when you find a good one for a good price, hold onto it for dear life! A year ago, I would have thought twice about this tie-front pinstriped one, but now that tie-front shirts are a thing, it feels on trend. It will look even cuter in the summer with white jeans (finally just found a good pair that fits here) or even shorts.
