This weekend, like all weekends lately, between hosting my in-laws and a dinner party with friends, we worked on the house. It's endless, I tell you! But so rewarding when another project gets done and it starts to feel that much more like home. Although none (literally none!) of the rooms are complete or ready for a full tour yet, we're making major progress so I thought I'd share some snippets along the way.

The last two years have been an incredible adventure for me in juggling a full time job as Nourish Snacks' Marketing Director and creating content for Lemon Stripes in tandem. I was recently discussing work/life balance with my health coach and we realized that I end up working more than 80 hours on most weeks!

Happy new year! I can't believe that I actually took so much time off of work and blogging. It has been almost two full weeks since I cracked open my lap top (literally, you guys!), and I cannot tell you what that did for my body and soul.
Oh how things can change in a year. Looking back on last year's recap made me realize that even more. I can't wait to see what 2016 has in store but I know one thing for sure, it will bring excitement and change as every year seems to do. I'll be taking a little break for the rest of the year, but wanted to say thank you for following along.
