Camel Coat

Ok full disclosure here everyone. I took these photos last weekend when I was on one of my last days of a crippling bronchitis. If I look cold and slightly sickly, well it's an accurate description of how I felt. I had been coughing like crazy and sleeping upright for almost 2 weeks. I did everything that I could think of to kick it (see my get-better-guide here), but in the end, I had to go on anti-biotics which was what cured me as much as I hate to admit it.

Kale and Chickpeas

Lately I've gotten into kind of a funk with my dinner cooking abilities. I'm finding myself tired and uninspired at the end of the day and reverting to my old favorites that are starting to get a little boring.

Luckily for me, my coworker Madeleine is a culinary school graduate and loves swapping recipes (score!). She found this chickpea and spinach recipe on Smitten Kitchen and swore that it was one of her current faves.

Saving vs. Living

I'm currently living in a conundrum that I think many of us in our late 20s can relate to: Save vs. Spend. There is a balancing act and we all have to live somewhere between the two but I'm constantly trying to figure out where to land on that scale. Here are my arguments for leaning one way or another and some tricks I've learned along the way.
