With Halloween looming and the holiday season quickly approaching, the busiest season is officially upon us. And I love it! I thrive with more work and more things going on so October is always a fun one for me. And bringing all of my favorite sweaters back into rotation is pretty fun too.

The Villa by Rachel Hawkins: I found this book buried in a drawer and decided to pick it up and read it one night.
Here is a fantastic weeknight dinner recipe that gives your traditional spaghetti and meatballs a little twist. I cooked a similar recipe a few weeks ago and wanted to make my own version to add to our weeknight rotation and this one delivered. Luca had 3 full meatballs the other night and kept asking for more!

A love affair with Sézane, that is. I know I'm late to the game but I have bought a few pieces lately and am quite literally head over heals for 99% of their fall collection. Everything is so beautifully made and makes me feel like a chic Parisian gal.
Happy Friday! This week felt a little disjointed, like I was being pulled in 17 directions at once each day. I have my hands in so many different projects right now that it's been hard to keep them all straight. I spent part of the week working with a friend who helped me project manage the cookbook to get Lemon Stripes stuff in order and once that is complete, I'll feel a whole lot better.
