When people ask me what I do for a living, it still feels funny to say "I'm a blogger." In this day and age, people often feel defined by their career, so to say something that sounds so random and misunderstood (to most people) can be awkward. The follow up questions are typically: What does that mean exactly?
Earlier this week, we established that I have an addiction to redecorating. But no matter how many times I redo a space, one thing always remains the same: I love bright and happy colors and I love images of the beach.

Over the weekend I received a long email from a reader with some valuable feedback and constructive criticism. After reading her email and going back and forth with her a few times, I visited an anonymous forum (you know the one) to see if she was the only one with these sentiments.
Happy Friday! It finally feels like summer is here and it's been amazing. I had two highlights this week. The first was that on Monday we had an ultrasound to see if a complication I was having cleared up (it did!), and we were able to see the baby in 3D. It was so surreal to see her little face.
