Getting dressed every morning is becoming more and more of a challenge. I am excited for spring and summer clothes so I can just wear maxi dresses every day! Before our trip, I picked up this cute one from Vineyard Vines, but I think I only have a few more wears in it before it goes on hold for a while.
Last week was pretty great. Anel and I took off five full days, something that we never do, to spend some time alone and under the sun. I've mentioned my struggle with seasonal depression before, but this year it was even more intense. I think it was a mix of being holed up during my first trimester when I was too sick to leave my house sometimes for days at a time (I promise to get you guys that recap soon), and a series of snow storms in a row.
I want to start this post out with a little PSA about Zika because I had so many emails and comments from you guys regarding my traveling to Florida. Some of you were concerned (thank you!) and some were incredibly nasty (please remember that I'm a real person over here!), but I'm answering you all in one shot.
Happy Monday, friends! I know it's a holiday, but I was so excited to share pictures of my updated living room, that I'm doing an extra post this week. As you might remember, I shared photos of my formal living room shortly after we moved into our house last year. It was nice enough, but always felt very sterile and just not very homey.
