Before I get started on today's post, I wanted to thank you guys so so SO much for your incredible response to my survey yesterday. I hear you and I'm going to start creating more of the more "real" and "personal" content that you asked for as well as more recipes, home tours, and fitness posts.
Over the last few months, since I've been blogging full time, I've felt a lot more connected to you guys on a personal level. I think it's due to two things:
1. Opening up my Snapchat and hosting those weekly Q&A's
2. Writing more honest content. I love getting your emails sharing that you've gone through similar situations and that my posts helped you through them.
Oh Monday... here you are again. Thank God for matcha, am I right? The end of last week and the weekend were a blur of catching up after my trip to LA. Anel and I threw a housewarming party on Saturday and I was feeling insanely overwhelmed and anxious (about other things) so the thought of hosting and cooking for a bunch of people on a hot and humid day freaked me out a little.

There is only one event that would warrant two blog posts in a day... The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale! The only sale I know where exclusively brand new product is significantly marked down.
