My Favorite Fall Recipes

Yesterday I made chicken soup because I had all the ingredients on-hand, and it actually got me excited for fall cooking. We’ve been mostly grilling and eating garden salads this summer and I’m ready to change things up. Today I’m sharing 10 of my go-to fall recipes! Check out 30 more amazing fall recipes here.

1.  Easy Chicken Tortilla Soup: Love this and make it all the time. Everyone in my family will down multiple bowls.

2. Pumpkin Bread Pudding: Please don’t sleep on this one, trust me.

3. Tortellini Soup with Sausage and Kale: For this one, I blended a can of white beans with about 1/4 cup of broth and replaced the heavy cream with the bean mixture. It was so so creamy and delicious and you would never know it’s missing the cream, seriously! I used Kite Hill dairy free ravioli in place of tortellini because it was all I could find at the store.

4. Butternut Squash, Spinach, and Sausage Gnocchi:

5. Pasta e Fagioli: Not my recipe but I make this one on repeat.

6. Charred Brussels with Warm Honey Glaze: Also not my recipe but one of my favorite ways to cook Brussels sprouts.

7. White Chicken Chili: Hands down the most-made recipe in my house.

8. Apple Cider Floats: These are so fun to serve to kids and also fun for any fall parties.

9. Hearty Fall Grain Bowl: I am addicted to this grain bowl!

10. Cheesy Tomato Greens and Beans: An easy, filling, and tasty vegetarian dinner.
